2010년도에는 MVP Global Summit이 2월 16일~19일에 있을 예정입니다.

일단 아래에 숙박에 대한 내용만 번역해 보았으니,
MVP 글로벌 서밋에 참가하실 MVP님들 및 미래의 MVP가 되기 위해 준비하시는 분들
참고하시기 바랍니다.
(중요하지 않은 부분은 좀 뺐습니다.)

마이크로소프트는 아래 수록된 호텔들에 2010 MVP 글로벌 서밋 특가로 예약해 놓았습니다. 
아래에 정리된 내용과 같이 마이크로소프트에서 제공하는 특가를 적용받기 위해서는 모든 방의 예약은 12월 중순에 열리는
정해진 등록사이트를 통해서 해야합니다. 호텔 예약사무실에서도 저희가 예약해 놓은 방들을 직접적으로 제공할 수 없으니,
제발 예약을 위해서 따로 호텔에 연락하지 마시길 부탁드립니다.   

호텔방 공유

마이크로소프트는 제공하기로 한 호텔에서 아래 날짜 중 최대 4박에 대해 세금을 포함한 숙박비를 부담합니다.

방공유 변경 및 취소

1. 2010년 1월 19일까지만 : 온라인 등록 사이트에서 룸메이트 변경/취소를 하실 수 있습니다.  
2. 2010년 1월 20일부터 2월 1일까지 : 2010MVPGlobalSummit@microsoft.crgevents.com로 이메일을 보내 룸메이트 변경/취소를 하실 수 있습니다.
3. 2010년 2월 1일 이후에는 : no roommate change requests will be accommodated and only roommate cancellation requests will be processed, so long as they are submitted to the registration email address 2010MVPGlobalSummit@microsoft.crgevents.com and facilitated by the registration team.
4. Changes/cancellations not submitted as requested above will result in disqualification from the roommate option.
5. If your roommate cancels or fails to check-in, Microsoft reserves the right to select a new MVP or RD roommate for you.  If you decline the replacement roommate assignment, then you may have to move to a single room and you will be responsible for 50% of the room and tax charges for up to four nights and 100% for any additional nights.

Single Room

If you prefer to have a single room, or share a room with someone other than an MVP or RD, Microsoft will cover 50% of the room and tax charges for a maximum of four consecutive nights during the dates listed above at one of the approved Summit hotels. Upon checkout, you will be responsible for the remainder which is 50% of the room and tax charges per night.

If you are an MVP or RD that require a single room due to medical reasons, you can select a single room during the online registration process. Microsoft will pay for 100% of the daily room and tax costs for four consecutive covered nights at one of the approved Summit hotels IF you email or fax the Summit Registration Team a note from your doctor.

The note should state that your medical condition prevents you from sharing a room with another attendee. The note does not need to provide details about the medical condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Single (King Bed) option is not available at the Courtyard by Marriott.

A major credit card* (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) will be required by each hotel when you check in for your reservation to cover potential incidental charges (i.e. snack bar offerings, pay movies, room service) and potential damage to the room.  Without one of these cards, you will be required to provide a cash (USD) deposit when you check in. Please note the deposit amount varies per hotel as detailed in the table below:

If you do not have a major credit card and still wish to make a hotel reservation, fully complete the online registration process; then contact the registration team at 2010MVPGlobalSummit@microsoft.crgevents.com for assistance with your hotel reservation.

*It is STRONGLY recommended that you DO NOT present a debit/check card upon your arrival at your hotel.  It is standard procedure by the hotel to run an authorization for the total amount of the per night incidental deposit, plus the room and tax charges (if any) that you may be responsible to pay upon check out.  The authorization taken will immediately be withdrawn from your checking and/or savings bank account which will place a hold on your account funds, which may result in an overdraft situation.
